Redesign for a Commercial Real Estate Development Company in Fraklin, TN. They had used the same site for 5 years and were ready for a fresh face that mirrored the quality and experience they give to their customers.
Site includes a dynamic slideshow of multiple featured properties overlaid with flashing descriptor words to quickly convey the company's essence. I chose a grid-style layout to help streamline their information as well as provide a fluid layout for our programmers to make responsive. (I try to make their lives easier when given the chance).
I worked closely with the Project Manager, programmers and client on this project. I was given a basic sitemap that I created sketched layouts of each page from. After discussing those with PM I designed the home page & an internal page to show the client. Upon approval I proceeded laying out internal template pages and worked with our programming to fine-tune things. Estimated launch, July 1.
